Consulting Firm determine minimum of  250-500  decares  of treasury land( plots of single or side to s ide to each other or close to each other)  in Turkey’s cities and ditricts which is suitable for cattle and sheep breeding on behalf of the Project owner

Determination of potantial field for Animal (cattle/sheep) Breeding

• Ecologic Spesifications(climate-soil)
• Topographic Situation(altitude, view,slope groups)
• Geographic Situation(coordiantes of the field)
• Habitat analysis(land base, sloping land, opening in the forest, scrub, shattered coppice)
• Cadaster road status, distance to the power network, status of the water sources
• Advantages and disadvantages, access (probable social problems and similar)
• Ownership status ( copy of title deed),

Will be determined and submitted as preliminary study report.

LEASING; if the area recommended by the consulting company has been found to be appropriate and agreed on it, it will be claimed from the related institution for rent.

For leasing affairs; National Real Estate General Notification (ITEM NO:324) ; The leasing of crown properties for the purpose of afforestation shall be done in accordance with the standards described in the National Real EstateGeneral Notification (ITEM NO:324)which was published in the official journal dated 26 April 2018 No. 27211 by the Ministry of Financial Affairs.
